This process allows the imagination and inner wisdom to arise, informing your questions and providing new answers. For an effective way to learn the vocabulary of emotions surrounding life challenges, choices and transitions, you are warmly invited to experience a journey in music. With advanced training in the Bonny Method of Music and Imagery and as a Fellow of the Association of Music and Imagery (FAMI), I have been practicing and offering this contemplative method for over twenty-five years.
