I have always had a passion for music, art, and nature. For me, they all seem to blend into the same inspirational oneness. Throughout my life, I have followed these passions in various ways. Years ago as a ‍‍‍young woman, I asked myself what I wanted to become in life, and I found the answer that came to me was..."I want to be wise." I am still learning how to be wise... and wonder if you are still learning too? If so, please join me for a virtual visit, designed to help you find wisdom in daily life. Professional Credentials

I have a Master of Arts Degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Music Therapy from Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado, USA (1998). I have been meditating for over 30 years and have studied with S.N. Goenka (Vipassana), Jack Kornfield (Insight), and Swami Chidvilasananda (Siddha Yoga). At Naropa I was trained to work with 1:1 with students as a Mindfulness Mentor, gaining valuable experience guiding individuals. I have certification as a Grief Recovery Specialist®, and have worked with individuals managing loss and bereavement in many forms, including major life changes and end-of-life. With advanced training in the Bonny Method of Music and Imagery I became a Fellow of the Association of Music and Imagery (FAMI) in 2001. I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in Colorado, am certified as a Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapist (CIIS, June 2024), am certified as a Conscious Dying Coach (Conscious Dying Collective, 2023), and am currently in training to receive board-certification as a Life Coach.
