Stress reduction ~ Emotional Expression ~ Purposeful living

We get so caught up in the fast pace of life these days - with Facebook, email, cable tv, cell phones, text messaging - that it can be difficult to slow down and spend time getting to know ourselves. Meditation and the arts have always been used to help us move past the "noise" of daily life into a deeper understanding of life purpose and direction.

I Invite you to schedule a session with me at Inner Wisdom Arts, where music, meditation and expressive arts will be offered as paths to stress reduction, emotional expression, purposeful living and the expanding of consciousness.

Come in for a holistic spa music session based on the five elements of nature: earth, water, fire, air and space. A sound table provides relaxing vibrations through the whole body, while simple instruments release stress. Experience a sound bath for the soul.



Individual meditation instruction can go a long way toward helping you learn how to meditate effectively. In a session, we will meditate together for 20 minutes, discuss challenges and review a book chapter. Group sittings take place monthly.



Experience a music psychotherapy session where we will talk over your issue, create an intention and spend 30-45 minutes in deep music listening and dialogue. This allows inner wisdom to arise, informing your questions and providing new answers.
