Find your own meditation style

Meditation is a skill that allows us to look deeply into the nature of ourselves an‍‍‍d see the workings of mind, body and spirit. Through meditation instruction and practice, it is possible to change habitual patterns and op‍‍‍en the mind toward new ways of thinking and being.

I have been practicing meditation for over 30 years, and bring experience as a meditation instructor to my work, having been trained as a “Mindfulness Mentor” at Naropa University to guide students individually in their meditation practices. I have also attended many silent meditation retreats including with instructors S.N. Goenka (Vipassana), Jack Kornfield (Insight), and Swami Chidvilasananda (Siddha Yoga).
